Scheduling Systems

Systems are critical to a smooth, stress free, timely drop off and pick up experiences for you and your dog. I am strict about my hours. They dictate the dogs’ playtimes, rest times, feeding times and all activities throughout the day. I base all aspects of my life around the needs of the dog’s here in my care.

Availability

The online scheduler is limited in function and cannot show blocked out times for Boarding Stays. Please check my calendar for information on availability before booking a Boarding Stay.

I update my Calendar when I block out time and am not available.  For those who like to plan ahead, Online Booking is available up to 3 months in advance.  

Trial Days and Meet & Greets are limited. Additionally, those appointments are often squeezed out by Daycare & Boarding appointments.  If you are not seeing availability in the time frame you need, please reach out.  

How it works

Drop offs and Pick ups are by appointment.  3 people are able to book each appointment slot.  Appointment slots are 10 minutes apart.  The Booking link will show what appointment times are available.

For Daycare & Boarding schedule a DROP OFF and a PICK UP appointment.  You need both to reserve your stay.

I am open for Boarding and do all my normal doggie activities.

Saturday

7am-9am

Sunday

No appointment hours

I am open for Boarding and do all my normal doggie activities.

I do not offer appointments outside my hours.  Playtime, feeding times, administering medication, rest times, attention and human connection all take place between the appointment hours.  

Drop Off & Pick Up Systems

I try to make the Drop Off and Pick Up process easy and fluid.

We can all do our part by adhering to the following routines. 

• Please be on time
• Wait in your car until it is your turn
• When it is your turn, pull up past the red door and off the road as much as possible
• Have checks and food items ready when you pull up
• Please do not beep or knock as it can be very disturbing to the dogs here
• I will be watching for you.  If there is a delay in my coming out, it is because I am needed by a dog in my care. 
• Please do not block the road
• If your supplies aren’t ready, you need to use your GPS or anything else that will take some time, please pull off the road, away from those in line and allow others to keep dropping off and picking up
