This is a very small business, not a large commercial enterprise. Clients rely on me and often do not have alternative care options. I will work with you when it is possible, but I ask that everyone respect that space is limited at my B&B. My policies reflect these realities and priorities.

All bookings are final. There is no refund for cancelled or altered bookings during Peak Times. When unanticipated things occur, I try to work with everyone. My strict policy reflects the reality that I turn people away during Peak Times.
Peak Times have a 3 day minimum booking stay. A deposit may be required to reserve your stay.
Cancellations and Changes can be made without penalties up to two weeks in advance of a stay.
Cancellations and changes are subject to a 50% charge within one week of the stay.
Reservations are final. I will work with you to make adjustments when possible, but there are no refunds for reduced or cancelled reservations.
Bookings longer than 7 days may require a non-refundable deposit and additional time may be required for altering or cancelling that reservation.
The holidays listed below have a specific 3 day minimum booking requirement. You will see the day before, the day of, and the day after blocked off in Schedulista. I want to assure you I am accepting reservations over these holidays. In the past, I had to turn long term clients away and this holiday policy is to ensure I am available for clients who rely on me.
